Covers the management fee, the fund’s operating, administration and transaction costs, and an estimate of the costs charged inside the underlying funds. No performance fee.

Access to your money

No redemption for three years from subscription. After that, quarterly, with one quarter plus five business days’ notice. Up to 5% of the participation value is made available at each window; requests above that are met pro rata. Redemptions can be suspended for twelve months, or longer in exceptional circumstances. You cannot sell your participation directly to another investor.

Legal Structure Disclosure: lumiors is a sub-fund of the Alpha High Performance Fund (AHPF), a mutual fund with an open-ended structure. The fund is managed by Elite Fund Management (EFM). Elite Fund Management holds a licence under Section 2:65 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and is supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).

Investors invest in the lumiors Fund. lumiors allocates capital to a selection of underlying funds. Investors do not obtain a direct interest in such underlying funds or in the portfolio companies held by them.

lumiors is currently in its fundraising phase (pre-launch). The fund will make its first investments once a minimum of €3,000,000 in capital has been raised. All return targets and fund metrics shown are forward-looking estimates and not based on actual fund performance. The scenarios presented are an estimate of future performance based on evidence from the past on how the value of this investment varies, and/or current market conditions, and are not an exact indicator. What you will get will vary depending on how the market performs and how long you keep the investment. If the minimum capital threshold is not reached within 3 years after our official go-live date, subscriptions will be returned to investors in full, without interest.
